Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Area Manager to lead, coach, develop and motivate a team of Financial Planning Managers to deliver and exceed performance objectives whilst putting customers and their interests at the heart of all activity and meeting the company compliance standards and regulatory requirements
Create a "one team" approach across their Area "franchises" that promotes effective working relationships between advisers and introducers within the relevant Channel/Business area Implement coaching and development activities to ensure that the customer always receives a fair outcome in line with TCF principles.
Candidate requirements needed at entry are:
Fully CFP(or equivalent) qualified
Proven coaching, leadership and development skills in a regulated environment dealing with Business and Commercial clients
Proven track record of regulated sales experience with Business and Corporate clients in the regulated financial service industry
Good knowledge of general investment and financial services products and a demonstrably higher level of understanding of the business markets
Effective presentation and communication skills
Knowledge of and ability to apply compliance issues relating to regulated sales including the six TCF outcomes
Ability to achieve team targets through people and performance management skills
Broad knowledge and understanding of industry products e.g pensions, trusts etc
